'How Long Can I Come To The Laura Centre For?'
We offer counselling for as long as you and your counsellor feel you need it. Some people come for just one session while others attend for a lot longer. Once you have finished your counselling you are welcome to come back at any time.

'Do I have To pay?'
Our therapeutic services are free but you are welcome to make a donation.

'Is The Service Confidential?'
What happens in your counselling sessions is confidential unless your counsellor feels that you or a third party are at risk. Usually you and your counsellor will have discussed the nature of the risk and what needs to be done .
All our counsellors follow the British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Ethics
