Group Work for Adults
- Grieving is an interpersonal process which takes place in relationships.
- The groups held at the Laura Centre are a chance to meet with other bereaved parents and to share experiences.
- The groups are all facilitated by therapists but the emphasis is on self help and on the group deciding its own direction.
- Sometimes a group will eventually become unfacilitated when it has run for some time.

The Centre offers a range of groups:-
We regularly hold groups for children between 5-12 years of age – Please click HERE for more information. The groups are held over two days during half terms and offer a chance for children to share their experiences with their peers in a safe environment supported by therapists.
Children attending the group will already have been seen by a therapist at the Centre.

Drop in days at Christmas and Easter.
These days are for current clients of the Centre and the next drop
